The Roswell Invaders score early and often in 15-5 win over the Alpine Cowboys

The Roswell Invaders (49-17) continued to pile up the runs on Monday, scoring three runs in the last three innings, on the way to a 15-5 landslide win over the Alpine Cowboys (40-26) at Joe Bauman Park.

And a three-run double by Charlie Dubanoski helped the Roswell Invaders score four runs in the fifth. The Roswell Invaders had two hits in the inning.

Dubanoski racked up nine RBIs on four hits for the Roswell Invaders.

Davis Henderson pitched lights out for the Roswell Invaders. The Alpine Cowboys managed just one hit off of the the Roswell Invaders pitcher, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three during his two innings of work.

Eric Herman led the Alpine Cowboys offensive threat, as he got on base three times in the game. He singled in the first inning and doubled in the second inning.

Johnathon Sa recorded his eighth win for the Roswell Invaders even though he allowed five runs over six innings. He struck out four, walked three and surrendered nine hits.

Bob Cook was charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed nine runs in four innings, walked two and struck out three.
