Offenses dominate as the Tucson Saguaros outscore the Alpine Cowboys 14-8

Fans were treated to a high-scoring affair Wednesday as the Tucson Saguaros (16-6) outscored the Alpine Cowboys (9-10) 14-8.

The two teams combined for 28 hits in the game.

The Tucson Saguaros blew out the Alpine Cowboys thanks to 15 hits, including zero extra base hits. Jake Heissler ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his fourth loss of the year. He allowed seven runs in four innings, walked three and struck out four.
