Grimaldos gives the Santa Fe Fuego walk-off win over the Las Vegas Train Robbers 6-5

A walk-off from Eddie Grimaldo brought home the winning run for the Santa Fe Fuego (2-0) in a 6-5 victory over the Las Vegas Train Robbers (0-2) at Fort Marcy Park on Friday.

Grimaldo racked up three RBIs on three hits for the Santa Fe Fuego. He doubled in the third inning and singled in the seventh and eighth innings.

Max Garza reached base three times. He scored one run and had two RBIs. He homered in the fifth innings.

Brandon Hollier recorded the win for the Santa Fe Fuego. He allowed one run over two innings. He struck out two, walked one and surrendered one hit.

Leo Fuentes was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just zero innings, walked none, struck out none, and allowed no runs.
