Offenses dominate as the Alpine Cowboys outscore the Roswell Invaders 14-12

Fans were treated to a high-scoring affair Monday as the Alpine Cowboys (22-7) outscored the Roswell Invaders (19-8) 14-12.

The two teams combined for 32 hits in the game.

Matt Henrickson reached base four times in the game for the Alpine Cowboys. He scored two runs and had one RBI. He singled in the second and fourth innings and tripled in the fifth innings.

Dimitri Papantonopoulos racked up three RBIs on four hits for the Roswell Invaders. He singled in the first, second, fifth, and sixth innings.

Ryan Rogers got the win, running his season record to 3-0. He struck out three, walked two and surrendered one hit.

Jackson Baker was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just one inning, walked two, struck out two, and allowed two runs.

The Alpine Cowboys hammered the Roswell Invaders pitching as six hitters had a field day, combining for 16 hits, eight RBIs and nine runs scored.
