5/29/2026-The Pecos Bills defeated the Tucson Saguaros 4-3 on May 29, 2026.

Tucson led 3-1 after scoring one run in the fifth inning and two more in the sixth.

The Bills cut the lead to 3-2 in the eighth inning when Quentin Graves drove in Thorin Sanchez- Guerra on a groundout.

In the bottom of the ninth, Juan Avila delivered the game-winning swing, hitting a two-run home run that scored Daziel Cuadrado and gave Pecos a 4-3 walk-off win.

Avila led the Bills offense, going 4-for-4 with a home run, two RBIs, one run scored and three stolen bases.

Dylan Hartmann added two hits and an RBI for Pecos. Makaio Kekoa, Cuadrado and Sanchez-Guerra also scored runs for the Bills.

For Tucson, Milo Rushford went 3-for-5 with an RBI, while Gavy Perez-Torres also had three hits. Connor Kiefer finished 2-for-4 with a run and an RBI.

Jaymon Cervantes gave Tucson a strong start, allowing one run over seven innings with seven strikeouts.

The Pecos bullpen held Tucson scoreless over the final four innings, with Clayton Evans, TJ Carter, Quentin Graves and Chris Macias combining to finish the game.
