8/22/2025-Cutter Smith has been named 2025 Mountain Division Pitcher of the Year. Cutter went 8-0 with a 3.64 ERA. He lead the Garden City Wind to the #1 overall seed in the Pecos League. He threw 59 1/3 innings with 61 strikeouts and just 13 walks.
