Alpine Cowboys Announce their 2023 Executive Board

The Alpine Cowboys today announced their 2023 executive board, coaching staff and front office.

Sean Persky returns for his fifth season as Cowboys manager. Persky is 104-58 in his managerial tenure, which includes a Pecos League championship in 2019 and two Manager of the Year awards.

Alejandro Amézquita will serve as the Cowboys pitching coach. Amézquita pitched for Alpine from 2019-2022, appearing in 70 games, striking out 134 batters, and earning a 4.58 ERA in 125.2 innings pitched.

Ethan Eibe has been named the organization’s next assistant general manager. He takes over the role from Derek Pollacchi, who departs his full-time role with the organization after nine seasons of service. Pollacchi remains with the organization on its executive board.

Eibe has been a part of the KVLF radio broadcast team the past two seasons and will continue to serve in that role. At 20 years old, he is the youngest assistant general manager in Pecos League history.
