3/7/2013-Sixty-five players reported to Houston, Texas, for the beginning of the Pecos Spring League Wednesday. Players came from as far as Holland and Australia and as close as Sugarland and Baytown.

"The talent has vastly improved. I can see 30 of these players going to spring training and 15 of these players sticking with teams and making rosters," said Las Vegas Manager Casey Dill.

"There are some players here I would sign right now." said Trinidad manager J.D. Droddy.

Players will play games and train for the next 19 days then players will be offered contracts for the 2013 season.
