• Ernie Munoz will manage the White Sands Pupfish he has played in the Pecos League for White Sands both in 2011 and 2012.
• Casey Dill will manage the Las Vegas Train Robbers, he managed the Las Cruces Vaqueros in the 2012 season.
• Bill Moore will manage the Santa Fe Fuego, he managed the Fuego in their inaugural 2012 season.
• JD Droddy will manage the Trinidad Triggers, he was assistant manager of the Triggers in 2012.
• Keith Essary will manage the Raton Osos he was the inaugural manager of the White Sands Pupfish in 2011.
• Chris Ebright will manage the Roswell Invaders.
• Ryan Stevens will be manage the Alpine Cowboys, Ryan won the league and has made the playoffs both years managing the Cowboys.
• Matt Leahy will manage the Taos Blizzard
