8/16/2016-Steven Borkowski of the Tucson Saguaros has been named Pecos League Pitcher of the Year. Steven went 10-0 with a 2.72 ERA. He had 92 strikeouts in 79.1 innings. Steven pitched game 1 of both playoff series which both resulted in Tucson Saguaros victories. At the conclusion of the season Borkowski was traded to the Ottawa Champions of the Can-Am League.
