1/8/2016-The White Sands Pupfish are proud to have Mickey Speaks back as their 2016 Field Manager. Speaks lead the Pupfish to their best ever season in 2015 narrowly missing the playoffs. Speaks was originally slated to move to Oklahoma to manage in the Pecos League when things were looking questionable for the Pupfish. Speaks will be the first manager to manage multiple seasons in White Sands in the teams five year history. "I like Alamogordo, I like the people and I am glad the Pecos League will be back there." says Speaks.
