2/8/2012-The Pittsburgh Pirates have signed David Valesente to a minor league contract. David was a 2011 Pecos League All Star and the every day third baseman. "The Cowboys Organization is very proud of David and his accomplishments. He has proven to be a first class athlete as well as a first class person. We wish him nothing but the best."
