12/22/2011-The Alpine Cowboys really liked the Ruidoso Osos team in 2011. They only beat the Osos three times all year. Today the Cowboys signed Alan Gatz to complete the reunion of the Osos starting pitching staff. They Cowboys have already signed the following Osos pitchers Chris Welborn, Edgar Correa, Andrew Plotkin plus DH Joel Carranza. The Cowboys are gearing up for what appears to be a competitive Pecos League Season. Osos fans will be wearing red this year.
