12/31/2010-With the Pecos League of Professional Baseball's initial schedule release complete and many rosters beginning to get full several teams will be making final staff moves in the first weeks of January. "Teams are beginning to get into finer details" says Andrew Dunn Pecos League Commisioner.
  • The Carlsbad Bats are in process of interviewing coaches for their coaching staff. With limited home games their coaching staff with double as general mananger and completely run the team. Carlsbad is still trying to find a way to get more home games.
  • The Clovis Pioneers are in process of hiring a general manager and finalizing their coaching staff.
  • The Las Cruces Vaqueros staff is set with Miguel Gomez and Jeff Banegas.
  • The Alpine Cowboys have not made a formal annoucement but it appears Ryan Stevens will be involved in a major coaching role.
  • The Roswell Invaders are still looking for a hitting coach to aid with the quality team that Chris Paterson has built.
  • Keith Essary has lead the Pecos League in off season transactions and has named Ernie Munoz as his assistant for 2011 season. Ernie is a Continental Baseball Veteran and a two way player.
