4/3/2023-Who We Are SAYLove, is a grassroots citizen organization formed in 2018 by Jeff Stephens, to care and support the Yuba-Sutter area while also serving as a vehicle for change.

Its main purpose is to enhance the beauty and the environment in which we live. Through community outreach, community projects and visibility SAYLove strives to make positive changes to our area.
