12/8/2020-The Coastal Baseball Classic is back to Houston. For the first time since 2008 the Coastal Classic is back. Many current/former/future Pecos League Players will take the field. Five Teams (Mexico, El Salvador, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Venezuela)

January 9, 2021 and January 10, 2021. Great tournament in off season and a way to be with countrymen. Each team will play all other teams and team with best record will be crowned Champion.

A: A player is eligible to participate on a Coastal Baseball Classic team if:

• The player is a citizen of the nation the team represents.
• The player is a permanent legal resident of the nation or territory the team represents.
• The player was born in the nation or territory the team represents.
• The player has one parent who is, or if deceased was, a citizen of the nation the team represents.
• The player has one parent who was born in the nation or territory the team represents
