When the snow melts next June in Colorado Springs baseball will return to Sprugeon Field.The Pecos League is proud to announce the Colorado Springs SnowSox will play in the 2021 season.The SnowSox will play at historic Sprugeon Field in Colorado Springs.The SnowSox will be in the Mountain North Division along with Trinidad Triggers, Santa Fe Fuego and Garden City Wind.The Colorado Springs Snowsox will play a 64 game schedule beginning on June 2, 2021 and ending on August 6, 2021.The Sox will play 33 home games and 31 away games and have a lone off day on July 11 for the Pecos League All Star Game.There will be two Spring Training Games against Trinidad and Garden City that will be announced at a later date.The Snowsox will open the regular season in Trinidad against the Trinidad Triggers on June 2, 2021 and end the regular season on August 5, 2021 in Santa Fe against the Fuego.The 2021 Schedule is viewable here
Single game tickets will be $7.50 and various plans will be available. Promotion schedule will be released in April including $1 beer night.The Snowsox colors will be Colorado Red, Colorado Navy and Powder Blue.The Snowsox will wear Red Jerseys as their primary jerseys.
The Pecos League is an independent baseball league which operates in cities in desert mountain regions throughout California, New Mexico, Southern Arizona, Kansas, West Texas and Southern Colorado.Pecos Teams play in cities that do not have Major or Minor League Baseball teams and is not affiliated with either.The Pecos League has two divisions which stretch from the plains of Kansas to the Oceans of California to the Mexican Border of Texas.The Mountain Division consists of teams from Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, Texas and Kansas.The Pacific Division is exclusively made of up teams in California.
