1/15/2026-The Santa Fe Fuego are excited to name Jacob Young as their 2026 Field Manager. Jacob is from Lisle, Illinois. He played College Baseball at Morton College and Fairmont State University

Jacob is no stranger to New Mexico or the Pecos League. He was a 2024 Pecos League All-Star for the Roswell Invaders and led the Invaders in innings pitched and strikeouts.

In 2025 he pitched for the Ligue de Baseball Majeur du Quebec where he started the St.Jean Pirates record for wins.
