​In a do-or-die playoff game Wednesday at Bakersfield's Sam Lynn Ballpark, Dublin overcame a 9-7 deficit with eight runs in the eighth inning to beat the Train Robbers, 15-9 as DJ Aceron and Dylan Leek stroked back-to-back RBI doubles during the onslaught. Carson Richter had four hits and four RBIs for the Leprechauns while Donnie Gardner had three hits and two ribbies. Starting pitcher Nick Danbrowney socked a three-run homer for Bakersfield and Jared Gay went 3-for-3 with two RBIs. Dublin advances to the Pacific Division finals at San Rafael.
