5/4/2025-The Kansas City Hormigas will now be known as the KC Iola Hormigas. Their updated website will be https://www.HormigasBaseball.com. The Hormigas will remain in Kansas City on Sundays and move all other home games and operations to Iola, Kansas. "With 90% of the games and practices being played in Iola, we had to contribute Iola in the team name of Branding. Iola's ballpark is black and red so this will fit perfectly." says Andrew Dunn of the Pecos League.
